ba2advokatene is a community of lawyers in Oslo, Norway. We are located in modern premises with all facilities centrally located in Oslo at Bygdøy allé no. 2, 0257 Oslo. The community consists of independent lawyers/law firms. Through extensive experience from major law firms, business and public administration, each lawyer has built up broad expertise in many industries and areas of law. Below is the CV for the individual lawyer/law firm. The lawyers build personal relationships with the clients and offer in-depth business understanding combined with legal expertise.

The lawyers are engaged as board members and advisers to a wide range of industries. Several of the lawyers have the right to appear before the Supreme Court and undertake litigation assignments before courts and arbitration, as well as assignments as arbitrators. The lawyers also have extensive experience in negotiations and mediation, including court mediation, in order to be able to seek the best solution for the clients.

Ulf Werner Andersen

Ulf Werner Andersen is a specialist in tax and corporate law. He has more than 35 years of experience in the field. To create and increase wealth, unnecessary taxes and duties must not be paid. Ulf Werner Andersen specializes in tax regulations, accounting rules, corporate law regulations, corporate structures, and the financial effects of the choices made when both private individuals and/or companies carry out important financial transactions. He can provide advice on finding the best approach for the sale of real estate, project execution, business sales, identifying optimal ownership structures, or assisting with generational transitions.

Legal 500 has described his tax expertise as “technically outstanding.” He has the right of audience before the Supreme Court.


Knut Boye

Knut Boye was formerly partner in the law firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig.

He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, in courts and in arbitration and also alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation/court administered mediation. He has experience from assignments as an arbitrator and has conducted arbitration cases, also in the English language. He also has broad expertise in contract law of all kinds with special experience in construction law and project financing, secured transactions law, etc. particularly related to aviation financing. His practice also includes company law, debt and equity financing, acquisitions and mergers / demergers and restructuring. He has a law degree from 1980 and rights of audience before the Supreme Court since 1995, and supplemented his education with a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University in New York. He was in 2018 member of the Working Committee appointed by the Judges 'Association, the Bar Association and the Court Administration for the preparation of Common Guidelines for the processing of civil cases before the District Court and the Court of Appeal and was chairman of the Bar Association's Law Committee for Civil Procedure, member of the Lawyers' Education Committee. He regularly teaches for the Lawyers' Education Center, the Continuing Education Council for Judges and others in civil procedure, legal ethics and related subjects. Author of «Sakførsel» («Litigation») (4th ed. 2017) and «Preklusive frister i sivile saker» («Preclusive deadlines in civil cases») (2011) and a number of articles in legal journals.

Gade Advokatfirma AS continues the legal practice of attorney Fred Gade from Arntzen de Besche; litigation and dispute resolution practice with a primary focus on cases related to contracts, professional liability, real estate, shares, and other investment objects.

Erik Keiserud

Erik Keiserud is a former partner at Advokatfirmaet Hjort DA and has extensive litigation experience. He has had a very broad practice within business law and criminal law, as well as legal matters relating to real estate. In recent years, he has also frequently been appointed as an arbitrator.

Keiserud has previously worked at the Ministry of Justice’s Legislative Department and at the Office of the Attorney General, and has held a number of positions within the financial sector. He is a former chair of the Norwegian Bar Association and is currently chair of the Familien Blix Foundation for the Promotion of Medical Research.

Keiserud has the right of audience before the Supreme Court and, during the period 2003–2010, was one of five permanent defense counsel before the Supreme Court. He has chaired government-appointed committees in the field of criminal procedure and has co-authored the commentary edition of the Criminal Procedure Act, which is regarded as a standard work in its field.


Svein Sulland

Svein Sulland has extensive experience in business legal advisory and litigation. He is an expert in advisory services and dispute resolution within construction and engineering, other real estate matters, and commercial contracts. Svein has strong commercial insight, which he combines with specialist expertise in these areas to find the best solutions for his clients.

His clients have come from both the contractor and developer sides in some of the major development projects such as Aker Brygge, Bjørvika, and Tjuvholmen. Within construction, Svein particularly assists contractors involved in road and railway development. He is also regularly appointed as an arbitrator, especially in construction disputes.


Tom A. Torkildsen

Lawyer Torkildsen has more than 40 years of experience as an advisor, litigator, and board member. He has had professional placements at the European Commission (Brussels) and at a law firm in London. Torkildsen’s main areas of practice are company law, particularly share law, but he also works with contract law, real estate, and inheritance law.

He has extensive experience in litigation and other forms of dispute resolution, including as an arbitrator. Torkildsen has specialized in valuation and appraisal cases concerning compulsory acquisition of shares and has handled numerous such matters in industrial, shipping, and trading companies, including buyouts in Aker RGI, Bergesen d.y., Grenland Group, Norway Pelagic, and Hafslund.

He has held a number of board positions in listed and other companies, in the Norwegian Shareholders Association, and has served as chair of one of Norway’s largest privately owned investment companies. Torkildsen has also held many leadership roles in Norwegian sports. He has the right of audience before the Supreme Court.


Bjørn O. Øiulfstad

Lawyer Bjørn O. Øiulfstad's field of work is foundations. He became a lawyer in 1986.

His duties are the establishment, merging and liquidation of foundations. He also advises boards and general managers on good management of foundations, and how they should relate to the Foundations Act and the Norwegian Foundations Authority. Amendments to the articles of association and purpose provisions are included in the work tasks. Lawyer Øiulfstad holds courses on good management of foundations, and the changes to the regulations proposed in the proposal for a new foundation law. Øiulfstad is the general manager of the Foundation Association in Norway.

He has also worked in the field of culture as a legal advisor and board member.

Lawyer Øiulfstad has work experience from Law Firm Steenstrup Stordrange, lawyer in the group staff in DNV GL, Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning AS (Infrastructure investments in the power sector), Oslo Stock Exchange (Director with responsibility for sales of market information, and development of new business areas), NOS ASA (General Manager of Clearinghouse for trading in derivatives in Norway; Oslo Stock Exchange, Power Exchange Nord Pool and the Shipping exchange Imarex).

He has been a member of several law committees.


Trond Eilertsen

Trond Eilertsen has been a lawyer for many years, including as a partner at Wikborg Reins Oslo office from 1990 to 2021.

He has broad experience and extensive knowledge from both transactions and disputes within shipping and offshore, including matters related to maritime law, contract law, marine insurance, and financing. He has significant experience in litigation before Norwegian courts and in arbitration, and has been appointed as an arbitrator in Norway and internationally.

Eilertsen has served as an examiner and supervisor at the Faculty of Law in Oslo, Institute of Maritime Law, and as head of the Norwegian Bar Association’s legislative committee for maritime and aviation law for several years. He was Chairman of the Board at Wikborg Rein from 2007 to 2014 and also worked for three years as head of the firm’s office in Kobe, Japan.

Eilertsen has held and continues to hold board positions across the maritime industry, including marine insurance, shipping companies, offshore businesses, ship service companies, and investment funds. He has had rights of audience before the Supreme Court since 1997 and is recognized by Chambers and Partners as a “Leader in their field” in the categories Shipping: Corporate/Commercial and Litigation.


Odd Roar Tvedt

Odd Tvedt was a partner at Kluge Advokatfirma (until 2019) and at Ræder Bing law firm until 1 July 2025.

Odd has extensive practice in construction law and real estate. He has long experience both as an advisor to contractors and developers, and as a litigator in construction disputes and other real estate matters. He has also served for many years as chairman of the Norwegian Association for Construction and Engineering Law.

His practice includes assisting both public and private developers in disputes and in drafting contracts for both large and small projects. He also works with property development and assists both private and public clients in matters relating to property tax.

He also has broad experience as counsel for both expropriating authorities and landowners in expropriation cases.

He obtained rights of audience before the Supreme Court in 1982 and has argued several cases before the Supreme Court. He also has experience as an arbitrator and umpire in construction and contract disputes. He has also served as an examiner at the Faculty of Law in Oslo.

Jørgen Stang Heffermehl

Jørgen Stang Heffermehl no longer practices as a lawyer, but as a legal advisor. He became a partner at the firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig in 1980 and led the firm during periods in the 1990s and later until 2011. He has worked across several areas such as shipping, offshore, and corporate matters, including compliance and corruption, as well as litigation. He had the right of audience before the Supreme Court. His current practice is primarily focused on corporate law, employment law, and contract law.


Nina Reiersen

Nina Reiersen no longer practices as a lawyer, but as a legal advisor. She has extensive experience as a lawyer, particularly in family law, inheritance and probate law, tort law, and health law. She was a partner at Langseth Advokatfirma and previously a senior lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Selmer. Her current practice is primarily focused on various issues related to Italy–Norway matters. She shares an office with lawyer Lorenzo Spallina in Rome. They assist Italian and Norwegian clients with the purchase and sale of real estate in Italy, estate settlements in Italy/Norway, divorces between Norwegians and Italians, and the establishment of businesses in Italy.
